My stove was installed with minimal disruption by professional and friendly engineers. I couldn’t believe the lack of mess caused and am extremely pleased with my log burner and loving using it. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can we just say how delighted we have been with the work carried out by Jacob at the Heating Centre, Lincoln.
He’s been most informative, extremely efficient, punctual and with an unequivocal attitude to his work.  Everywhere left clean and tidy.  A very charming and helpful young man. He’s a credit to this business.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to thank your engineer, Jacob, who attended our property today to carry out our yearly service on our boiler. He contacted me prior to his arrival as promised and he carried out the work professionally by keeping me informed on what he was doing. He was polite and courteous and a credit to your company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Heating Centre supplied us with 2 Luxima multi-fuel stoves. Service was excellent from helping us choose the right stove for us, to collection from the showroom, which was quick and easy.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My new fire was installed this week and I am very happy with the whole process.
The two installers gave me an eta 30 mins before arrival and kept me informed of the progress throughout the two days .
They were both friendly, professional, courteous and answered any questions I had. They were very knowledgeable.

They left my house tidy ,taking away all rubble and ensuring everything was safe.
Before leaving they went through instructions on using the new fire, even allowing me to video him showing me as I knew I'd forget something once they d gone.

I'm very happy with the guidance and advice from my first meeting with the sales person, any contact with the heating centre and the two installers.
Highly recommend 👌

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The friendly service offered by Jen and Lorna was efficient and courteous. Although Tom was busy with other jobs, he still managed to fit us in and complete our job within 48 hours.
It was delightful to deal with an organisation that did what they promised and at a sensible price. A rare thing these days.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gas Engineer (Chris) was excellent and very thorough. Took time to make sure everything was OK. The job was tricky but he didn’t give in, cannot praise him enough.
