Can we just say how delighted we have been with the work carried out by Jacob at the Heating Centre, Lincoln.

My new fire was installed this week and I am very happy with the whole process.
The two installers gave me an eta 30 mins before arrival and kept me informed of the progress throughout the two days .
They were both friendly, professional,  courteous and answered any questions I had. They were very knowledgeable.

They left my house tidy ,taking away all rubble and ensuring everything was safe.
Before leaving they went through instructions on using the new fire, even allowing me to video  him showing me as I knew I'd forget something once they d gone.

I'm very happy with the guidance and advice from my first meeting with the sales person, any contact with the heating centre and the two installers.

The friendly service offered by Jen and Lorna was efficient and courteous. Although Tom was busy with other jobs, he still managed to fit us in and complete our job within 48 hours.

Gas Engineer (Chris) was excellent and very thorough.  Took time to make sure everything was OK.  The job was tricky but he didn’t give in, cannot praise him enough.
