On the date agreed for installation Tom appeared on time, very polite and quickly completed his part of the job.
Next Steve and Jamie appeared to complete building work and install the stove which they did effiecntly cleaned up properly explained everything as they went along. NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE.

We had the Jotul F3 in cream enamel with matching cream flue pipe. Chimney breast wall built. Grey slabs fitted and light-medium oak wooden beam in ancient look. We then had a decorator come to put up coving and skirting board around the bee chimney breast wall. All painting done in Dulux Mineral Haze grey paint. New carpet fitted.

We are very happy with the service we received and love how our living room has transformed.

Thank you so much for fitting my stove and heath, I love it! I want to say how much I appreciate the fitters who did the work; they did an excellent job with minimal upheaval.

Today your engineer, Steve Botham has complete fitting a multi-fuel stove in our lounge. My husband and I wish to comment on his professionalism and expertise in doing the work. He was always polite, punctual and cheerful throughout the work that was very difficult at times. If we asked any questions he was always ready to explain exactly what he was doing and why and it appeared to be no trouble to him to do so.

We felt he was a good ambassador for your company and we thank you for all the care taken to ensure we enjoy your product. The two colleagues that joined him on some occasions were equally as helpful and good natured and had the knowledge required of them to enable them to do their job.

Dear Lee… with our work finished we have nothing but praise for Dave, he did the whole job beautifully. Great attention to detail, polite, clean, orderly and very easy to get along with. The whole experience was all it should be and Dave and Gary the electrician couldn’t have been better. I would like to thank you for the friendly and courteous service received from your company, particularly in view of problems we had with the original company who installed the Boiler.

I would also like to thank Tony for his friendly and high standard of service given to us and for Tony explaining how he would set up the system to create an effective system. This was particularly evident on Friday afternoon when he stayed late to ensure we had hot water over the weekend. There is certainly a very big difference in the way our system now operates.
